I bought something but don't see it.
Open the Shop (the gem button at the top) and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of the purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. On iOS request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use your Google Play order history.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the game?
Yes. Your progress is saved only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. Purchases that don't run out (Remove ads and the starter pack) can be restored with Restore purchases; spent gems can't be restored.
What does "Remove ads" do?
It turns off the automatic ads. Reward videos stay in the game but are always your choice.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings (the gear icon) and tap Language. The game supports English and Turkish.
Can I turn off the reminders?
Yes. Open Settings in the game and switch off notifications, or turn them off for ToyMend in your device settings.
Can I stop personalised ads?
Yes. On iOS go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off tracking for the game. On Android use the ad privacy options in your Google settings. You'll still see ads, but they won't be personalised.

Oyunu silersem ilerlemem gider mi?

Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilir miyim?
Evet. iOS'ta Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden oyun için izlemeyi kapat. Android'de Google ayarlarındaki reklam gizliliği seçeneklerini kullan. Reklam görmeye devam edersin ama kişiselleştirilmez.
