Request data deletion

Ring Unlink · MOFAY Games (Oğuzhan Aygün). The game creates no player account.

1. Progress and settings on your device

On Android, open Settings → Apps → Ring Unlink → Storage → Clear storage. On iOS, delete the app with Delete App (not Offload App). This removes your levels, stars, coins, hints, quests, badges, gameplay statistics and settings. Device or cloud backups may keep a copy according to your backup settings. This does not cancel a store purchase; Remove Ads can be restored later.

2. Support emails

Email oguzhanaygunpr@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us, with the subject "Ring Unlink Data Deletion", and say which correspondence you want deleted. We may ask for details needed to identify the request. Never send passwords or payment card details.

Once the request is verified, we delete the support emails and attachments we control, unless a legal reason requires keeping them. We may keep a minimal record of the request, or correspondence needed for legal obligations or disputes, for as long as that reason applies.

3. Advertising and store data

When ads are shown, Unity (LevelPlay and Unity Ads) processes advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics. Use the privacy options inside a Unity ad, or follow the request instructions in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Deleting the game does not delete Unity's records; email us if you need help finding the right route.

Apple and Google keep store transaction records under their own policies; contact your store for those. We never hold payment card details. A deletion request does not refund or revoke a purchase.

Veri silme talebi

Ring Unlink · MOFAY Games (Oğuzhan Aygün). Oyun, oyuncu hesabı oluşturmaz.
