These terms apply when you download or play Ring Unlink (the "Game") by MOFAY Games ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to them. If you got the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; on Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The Game, its levels, art, music and code belong to MOFAY Games and its licensors. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the Game, or use cheats or tools that interfere with it, except where the law allows this anyway.

2. Coins and hints

Coins, hints, stars, themes and other in-game items are earned by playing. They have no real-world money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and are stored only on your device. Deleting the Game or its data deletes them.

3. Remove Ads

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that turns off the full-screen ads between levels; optional reward videos stay available. It is sold and billed by Apple or Google, whose purchase and refund rules apply. You can restore it on a new device signed in to the same store account with Restore purchases.

4. Ads

The free Game is supported by ads served through Unity LevelPlay. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for the data ad services use.

5. Updates and availability

We may update the Game, change or remove features or levels, or stop offering it. We try to keep your progress across updates, but because it is stored only on your device we can't recover it if it is lost.

6. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

Bu koşullar, MOFAY Games'in ("biz") Ring Unlink ("Oyun") oyununu indirdiğinde veya oynadığında geçerlidir. Oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Oyun'u Apple App Store'dan aldıysan Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi, Google Play'den aldıysan Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir.

1. Lisansın

Sana, Oyun'u sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için oynaman amacıyla kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans veririz. Oyun, bölümleri, görselleri, müziği ve kodu MOFAY Games'e ve lisans verenlerine aittir. Yasanın zaten izin verdiği durumlar dışında Oyun'u kopyalama, yeniden satma, tersine mühendislik yapma, değiştirme ya da Oyun'a müdahale eden hile veya araçlar kullanma.

2. Altınlar ve ipuçları

Altınlar, ipuçları, yıldızlar, temalar ve diğer oyun içi öğeler oynayarak kazanılır. Gerçek para değerleri yoktur; satın alınamaz, satılamaz veya paraya çevrilemezler ve yalnızca cihazında saklanırlar. Oyun'u veya verilerini silmek onları da siler.

3. Reklamları Kaldır

Reklamları Kaldır, bölümler arasındaki tam ekran reklamları kapatan bir kerelik bir satın almadır; isteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar kullanılabilir kalır. Satışı ve ödemesi Apple veya Google tarafından yapılır ve onların satın alma ve iade kuralları geçerlidir. Aynı mağaza hesabıyla giriş yaptığın yeni bir cihazda Satın alımları geri yükle ile geri yükleyebilirsin.

4. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz Oyun, Unity LevelPlay üzerinden sunulan reklamlarla desteklenir. Üçüncü taraf reklamların içeriğinden veya yönlendirdikleri sitelerden sorumlu değiliz. Reklam hizmetlerinin kullandığı veriler için Gizlilik Politikası'na bak.

5. Güncellemeler ve erişilebilirlik

Oyun'u güncelleyebilir, özellikleri veya bölümleri değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilir veya sunmayı bırakabiliriz. Güncellemelerde ilerlemeni korumaya çalışırız; ancak yalnızca cihazında saklandığı için kaybolursa geri getiremeyiz.

6. Garanti yoktur

Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağına dair garanti vermeyiz ve kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, tüketici mevzuatı kapsamında vazgeçilemeyen haklarını sınırlamaz.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar, yaşadığın yerdeki zorunlu tüketici korumalarını etkilemeksizin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

8. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
